About Saskia
I have been practicing as a healer for the past 24 years and started my business as a transformational holistic life coach 14 years ago. I feel very privileged and honored to have supported many awesome people over the years!
My personal journey has consisted of many ups and downs, joys and sorrows, triumphs and defeats. With my vast array of training and personal life experience I have a wealth of knowledge to bring to our sessions.

For me life coaching is a 'life style', it is my way of life.
I've dedicated and worked incredibly hard to create a healthy life for myself, which gives me an authentic foundation to support others from. The tools I have to share with you are ones I personally use on a daily basis. I have been 'consciously' working on improving my life for so many years, that it would be fair to say that self improvement is just who I am!
Don't get me wrong its also balanced with tennis, hiking, traveling, biking, swimming, self care, yoga and the occasional meet up with friends.

I have set myself up in a beautiful space to be 100% committed and available to those walking their journey of change.

Training
Life Coach Training Course
2010
Saskia attended and successfully completed our Life Coach Traning course in 2010. It is a demanding course because it requires participants to take their own journey of growth and transformation.
From the start Saskia embraced that journey and I have been privileged to witness the personal growth she has achieved in the 12 years since then. Because of this she has also become a first class life coach who is very capable of supporting and guiding others on their transformational journey.
Saskia walks her talk and is an inspiration to friends, colleagues and clients. She is completely professional in her approach and always strives to give the very best service.
